We have always loved Wells next the Sea and visited most weekends. When we had the chance to live here, we didn’t hesitate. We aim to ensure that people have a great time when they stay with us. We think our rooms are nice, they aren’t the biggest rooms you’ll find, but we aim to keep things to a high standard of comfort. Our beds are super comfy and all our breakfast ingredients are homemade or locally sourced.

We have 8 lovely comfortable rooms (with ensuite or private bathroom), free Wi-Fi and free parking. We took over the B&B in February 2018 and over a period of time we are upgrading the rooms, the B&B, the facilities and the grounds. We have an enclosed garden with patio for guests to use, a dining room for breakfast and a guest lounge with games and books.

The environment is really important to us, so we avoid the use of single use plastics and ensure our products are locally sourced or even homemade.
