We have always loved Wells next the Sea and visited most weekends. When we had the chance to live here, we didn’t hesitate. We have both had difficult jobs in the past and we decided that it was time to be part of something that makes people happy. We aim to ensure that people have a great time when they stay with us.  We think our rooms are nice, they aren’t the biggest rooms you’ll find, but we aim to keep things to a high standard of comfort. Our new beds are super comfy and all our breakfast ingredients are homemade or locally sourced.

We have 8 lovely comfortable rooms (with ensuite or private bathroom), free Wi-Fi and free parking. We took over the guest house in February 2018 and over a period of time we are upgrading the rooms, the guest house, the facilities and the grounds. We have an enclosed garden with patio for guest to use, a dining room for breakfast and a guest lounge with games and books.

We are a few minutes’ walk to the seafront / harbour and all of the pubs / restaurants.

We live in a small cottage on the same grounds so we are always on hand if you need us, but you also have the privacy of a guest house and free use of the lounge with an open fire.

The environment is really important to us, so we avoid the use of single use plastics and ensure our products are locally sourced or even homemade.

We allow well behaved, friendly pets; there are certain rules that apply see here »
